5-for-5 Game for Tervort Saturday, August 29th , 2026 It was a parade of hits for John Tervort of the Salem Red Sox at Fenway Park. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Tervort finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Red Sox to a win, 9-3. "Tervort was really good and we were really bad," groaned GreenJackets manager Gabe Hardy. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him."
