July's #1 Batter Announced Saturday, August 1st , 2026 Harry Husband is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Daytona second baseman joined that select company when the Florida State League announced the results of July's voting. Husband totaled 34 hits, 11 walks, 5 home runs, 23 RBIs and 20 runs scored last month to put together a .347 batting average and .409 on-base percentage. So far on the season, Husband is hitting .327 with 11 home runs, 53 RBIs and 66 runs scored. He has 126 hits and played in 90 games. |
