FSL's #1 Batter Announced Tuesday, September 1st , 2026 Jordan Franklin put together a good August to earn the Florida State League Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Dunedin officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Blue Jays catcher posted a .373 batting average with 5 home runs, 17 RBIs and 12 runs scored. At present, Franklin is batting .338 with 103 hits and 8 home runs.
