Ruvalcaba on Fire: 5-for-5 for Bradenton

Jairo Ruvalcaba said "it felt like taking batting practice" at Bradenton Fields, and it showed in the box score. The Bradenton third baseman had a fantastic 5-for-5 day against the Tampa Tarpons, leading his club to victory, 8-5.
"I was seeing the ball very well and it was going just about anywhere I wanted," Ruvalcaba said later."
Jairo Ruvalcaba singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run double in the 5th and doubled in the 8th.
So far this season, Ruvalcaba has put up a .450 batting average with 9 hits, 1 home run and 7 RBIs.
