The River Hills Rockets defeated the Arizona Diamondbacks, 17-2, in part because of second baseman Bobby Rodriguez. Rodriguez went 2-5 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 6 for the Rockets. River Hills is now 46-62, while Arizona is 43-65.

River Hills used the hitting of Ryan Rubenacker to pick up the win. The right fielder clubbed a grand slam home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Rockets on top, 10-1. For the game, Rubenacker had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
