Colorado Bats Silenced by Bagliani
Saturday, April 4th , 2026
Jacques Bagliani was in a mood to talk following the Cleveland Guardians contest against the Colorado Rockies, expounding to BNN reporters on his pitching philosophy. He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the Rockies, 4-0.
"There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Bagliani said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again."
The right-hander blanked Colorado on a 4-hitter, allowing 1 walk and racking up 6 strikeouts.

Mariners Win, 6-0, as Brambila Mystifies Toronto
Thursday, April 2nd , 2026
The Toronto Blue Jays were almost helpless in their 6-0 loss to the Seattle Mariners and hurler Danny Brambila. Brambila kept the Blue Jays confused all game, spinning a 1-hit shutout.
"Tip your hat to Brambila," Toronto manager Chris Gershon said in a postgame interview. "He kept us off balance all night."
The 26-year-old right-hander had 1 walk and 9 strikeouts in a strong performance.
"It just happened to be one of those games where even when I made mistakes, they either fouled them off or someone would make a fine defensive play," Brambila said. "It was just one of those games that things went my way."
