Evans Dominates Colorado
Danny Evans of the Baltimore Orioles spun his magic on the Colorado Rockies. He blanked them, 7-0, on 2 hits, registering 9 strikeouts and no walks.

"The bottom line was I just kept the ball down," Evans said. "My breaking stuff was down. Everything was down."

Talking to reporters in the postgame interview, Baltimore skipper John Serocki said the team "got solid pitching, good defense and took great team at-bats in a lot of different situations."

"Danny pitched really well but this was a solid performance by everyone," he said.

To this point in the season Evans has 9 wins and 8 losses and a 3.29 ERA.
