The 5-4 Lake Wylie win over Washington was due largely to Gregg Blackketter. The Renegades catcher was 2 for 3 with a double and 2 walks, while scoring 2 runs. Pancho Garcia got credit for the win, improving to 12-8. He allowed 3 runs on 8 hits in 6.2 innings. Earning the save was Michael Ceja. He's now cashed in 32 of 35 save opportunities.

Blackketter had a game-changing double in the top of the seventh. On a first pitch slider from Danny Rutter, he banged a run-scoring double to left-center, giving the Renegades a 4-3 lead. It was the 21st double of the year for Blackketter.

"Nice to keep stacking the wins," said Blackketter.
