Eager fans turned out for a matchup between the Atlanta Braves and River Hills Rockets.

The Atlanta Braves topped the River Hills Rockets, 7-2, in National League action at River Hills Grounds. The game was highlighted by the performance of Atlanta left fielder Scott Klein. By defeating River Hills, the third-place Braves improved to 63-73.

With Atlanta leading 2-1 in the top of the seventh, Klein hit a run-scoring single off River Hills hurler David Clark. It was the 5th hit of the season for Klein and put his team ahead, 3-1.

Klein called the win "a collective effort."
