Norfolk Loses Boldrey for Season Tuesday, June 2nd , 2026 "Not what I wanted to hear," said Norfolk's Sean Boldrey to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 05/30/2026 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," Boldrey said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." Boldrey has been out of action since he suffered a torn posterior cruciate ligament. Boldrey is currently hitting .326 with 1 home runand 8 RBIs, while scoring 9 runs. |
