Las Vegas's Marin Winner, PCL Best Hitter in August Tuesday, September 1st , 2026 It's perhaps an award he'll win many more times through his career, as at age 24 Alex Marin has a lot of baseball ahead of him. But for now the young Las Vegas Aviators star can enjoy the numbers he put up in August, which have garnered him the nod as the Pacific Coast League Batter of the Month. His breakout month featured a .433 average with 3 home runs, 21 RBIs and 19 runs scored. So far this season, Marin has hit .354 with 8 home runs, 62 RBIs and scored 59 times. |
