Midland Third Baseman Nets TEX Award Monday, June 15th , 2026 When it came to hitting the baseball, Ryan French was in a class by himself in the Texas League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding third baseman for Midland tagged opposing pitchers for a .480 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 12 hits in 25 at-bats, 2 homers, 6 runs scored and 6 RBIs. So far this season, French has recorded a .357 batting average with 81 hits, 13 home runs, 44 RBIs, 45 runs scored and a .429 OBP. |
