Miranda on Fire, 5-for-5 Against Binghamton Sunday, July 26th , 2026 Today at RubberDucks Grove, the Binghamton Rumble Ponies topped the Akron RubberDucks in spite of a standout batting performance by first baseman Armando Miranda. Miranda had a very impressive day at the plate, spanking Binghamton pitching for 5 base hits, but couldn't do enough for a win. Binghamton whipped Akron by the score of 9-7. Armando Miranda singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. Currently Miranda has 12 home runs and a .344 batting average. |
