Hayden Top EL Starter in July Saturday, August 1st , 2026 The hottest hurler in the Eastern League last month was Jonathan Hayden of the Bowie Baysox. He caught the attention of everybody in the league with some eye-catching stats, good enough to win the EL Pitcher of the Month. In July, Hayden starred with an impressive 5-2 record. In 7 starts he gave up 39 base hits and struck out 38 in 50 innings with a 1.98 ERA. This year, Hayden has posted a 9-3 mark in 16 starts and has a 2.76 ERA. |
