Cooke on the Attack, Player of the Week Monday, August 10th , 2026 It was an extraordinary week for Nehemiah Cooke of the Rocket City Trash Pandas. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .526, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the Southern League. Last week Cooke went 10-for-19, racked up 1 home run and 4 RBIs and scored 4 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Rocket City first baseman. This year, Cooke has 17 home runs and a .352 batting average. |
