Tennessee Won't Make Playoffs Monday, August 31st , 2026 The Tennessee Smokies quite simply didn't have what it took this year. The club was formally eliminated from playoff qualification in 2026. "It feels bad," said Smokies closer Sean Faussett, when asked for his response by reporters. "Having your biggest hopes of the year dashed feels bad." This is the first time that the Smokies have missed the playoffs. |
