No Playoff Berth Coming for Lake County Wednesday, August 26th , 2026 The Lake County Captains were stuck in the middle this season -- not competitive enough in the playoff chase to be considered relevant, but not far enough behind to be completely written off. Until now, that is -- today, the Captains were mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. This is the first time that the Captains have missed the playoffs. |
