Smalls Punishes SAL Pitchers This Week Monday, August 24th , 2026 It was an extraordinary week for Jabari Smalls of the Wilmington Blue Rocks. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .464, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the South Atlantic League. Last week Smalls went 13-for-28, racked up 2 home runs and 8 RBIs and scored 7 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Wilmington second baseman. This season, Smalls is batting .288 with 88 hits, 10 home runs, 42 RBIs, .357 OBP and has scored 43 runs. |
