Moreno #1 DSL Pitcher in July Saturday, August 1st , 2026 Carlos Moreno is the latest Dominican Rookie League Pitcher of the Month award winner. The San Francisco (DSL) starter stood out on the hill time and again last month and finished July with a sparkling 3-0 record. In 6 starts last month, he fanned 31, walked 15 in 32 innings and posted a 1.97 ERA. Moreno held opposing teams to a .216 batting average when he was on the mound.
