Nakamura Has Season End Friday, August 7th , 2026 Obviously disappointed, Tadashi Nakamura confirmed today that his season is officially over. The Toronto (DSL) closer offered mostly monosyllabic responses to reporters. "Nope," he said, when asked if he might possibly return this year. The 21-year-old Nakamura suffered shoulder inflammation on 08/04/2026 and has been out of action since. So far this season, Nakamura has chalked up a 3.28 ERA with no saves. In 1 relief appearance he has registered a 3-3 won-lost record and struck out 48 batters in 46.2 innings, while walking 10. He has allowed teams to hit .282 against him. |
