Tampa Bay (DSL)-Los Angeles (DSL) Brawl, Thelemann and Ortiz Suspended Saturday, August 8th , 2026 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Tampa Bay (DSL)-Los Angeles (DSL) contest at Rays 2 Park. The Rays 2 Jared Thelemann and the Angels Elias Ortiz will have to sit out 3 and 6 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. In his season totals Thelemann has no home runs and a .167 batting average. On the year, Ortiz has compiled a 1-3 mark with a 5.89 ERA. |
