Phillies Red Reynolds Smacks 5 Hits Sunday, August 16th , 2026 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Mike Reynolds. Reynolds went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off Washington (DSL) pitchers. When the dust settled on the diamond at Nationals Park, he had a 5-for-5 line and a day he will long remember. And the Philadelphia (DSL) Phillies Red had a win, 10-6, over the Nationals. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview. Mike Reynolds hit an RBI single in the 1st, doubled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. On the season, Reynolds is batting .300 with 1 home run and 7 RBIs.
