5-Hit Game for Orozco Wednesday, August 19th , 2026 It was a big day for Victor Orozco and he brought the DSL Athletics along for the ride. Orozco led his club to victory, 24-4, over the Los Angeles (DSL) Dodgers Robinson at Sutter Health Park, smoking Los Angeles (DSL) pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. The 19-year-old first baseman later called the victory "sweet." Victor Orozco singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, walked in the 4th, singled in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Steve Aguilar in the 7th. For the season, Orozco is currently batting .470 with 10 home runs and 26 RBIs. In 42 games he has reached base at a .554 rate and scored 38 runs to date. |
