Haley Hits in 25 Consecutive Games Sunday, August 30th , 2026 Joel Haley collected 3 hits in today's game and extended his hitting streak to 25 games. His club, the Chicago N (DSL) Cubs 2, beat the Toronto (DSL) Blue Jays, 7-6. "Right now, when they throw me the ball, it looks the size of a softball," Haley quipped to a BNN reporter after the game. "I'm excited about how things are clicking." Joel Haley doubled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, grounded out in the 8th, grounded out in the 10th and singled in the 12th. So far on the season, Haley is hitting .519 with 4 home runs, 11 RBIs and 23 runs scored. He has 56 hits and played in 25 games. |
