Chicago N (DSL) Advances to Round 2 Sunday, September 6th , 2026 The Chicago N (DSL) Cubs 2 are off to the Round 2. By a final score of 4-2 at Cardinals Blue Grounds, Chicago N (DSL) ended the Round 1 and knocked out the St. Louis (DSL) Cardinals Blue by a series score of 4-1. "Two great teams, only one can go on and we're happy that's us," said Brandon Flowers, who was named series MVP. "There's no easy games, no easy series in the Dominican Rookie League playoffs." For the series, Flowers hit .500 with a .579 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 2 runs.
