Mariners Win, 6-0, as Brambila Mystifies Toronto Thursday, April 2nd , 2026 The Toronto Blue Jays were almost helpless in their 6-0 loss to the Seattle Mariners and hurler Danny Brambila. Brambila kept the Blue Jays confused all game, spinning a 1-hit shutout. "Tip your hat to Brambila," Toronto manager Chris Gershon said in a postgame interview. "He kept us off balance all night." The 26-year-old right-hander had 1 walk and 9 strikeouts in a strong performance. "It just happened to be one of those games where even when I made mistakes, they either fouled them off or someone would make a fine defensive play," Brambila said.
