Season Over for Trimble Tuesday, September 1st , 2026 "Not what I wanted to hear," said Baltimore's Coop Trimble to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 08/30/2026 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," Trimble said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." Trimble has been out of action since he suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament. This season, Trimble has made no relief appearances with no saves. In 132.2 innings he has fanned 92 hitters and recorded 10 wins and 8 losses with a 5.36 ERA. |
